CarveMania is a free browser ski racing game, made and run by Alec Salisbury Digital LLC ("we"). By playing it you agree to these terms. They're short: race fairly, pick a decent name, and don't expect guarantees from a free game.

Leaderboards

• Post only times you raced yourself, in the game as it runs in your browser.
• Don't cheat: no edited or generated runs, bots, scripts, changed game files or tampering with what the game sends.
• Board names must not be offensive, hateful or sexual, must not impersonate someone else, and must not advertise anything.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the leaderboard server or its checks.

We can remove any name, time or account that breaks these rules, or that we think does, without notice. We can also reset boards when courses or the game's physics change.

Accounts

Your account is tied to your browser, or to your Google account if you sign in. Keep it to yourself; you're responsible for what's posted from it. On CrazyGames, CrazyGames' own terms also apply.

The game

CarveMania, its courses, characters, art, music and code belong to us. You can play it, and share screenshots, clips and videos of your runs, including in monetised videos and streams. You can't copy the game or its files, or put it on another site.

We may change the game, its courses, medal times and boards, or stop running it, at any time.

No guarantees

The game is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, free of bugs, or that your times and medals will be kept. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage that comes from playing it.

Privacy

What the game stores and sends is in the privacy policy.
