Drills (Shorts, in the game) are 10–15 second courses built around one technique: quick to retry until it clicks.
Downhill is the fastest event: long tucks, wide sweepers and jumps. Before a jump, let go of the tuck and tuck again just before the lip to stay low and land sooner.
How to ski Air Time
- Start to split 1 (gates 1–4)
- A jump between gates 3 and 4.
- Split 1 to the finish (gates 5–6)
- Sweeping turns to hold a tuck through.
- Jumps: let go of the tuck before the lip, then tuck again just before it to stay low and land sooner.
The Course Setter skis it in 22.34 s, topping 74 mph (118 km/h).
